 In such a fast-paced work environment Tradesman are required to work on a variety of tasks at one time which can in turn lead to becoming distracted. We prioritise our Tradesman to hone in and focus on developing the skills to be attentive to the finer points of work. Having an eye for attention to detail is a skill that holds exceptional value within our business and is something that we encourage each other to work on perfecting no matter their personal level of experience.
